These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Promptshot, including our website at https://promptshot.cc/, software, applications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
Who We Are
Promptshot is a software product that allows users to create and use AI-powered shortcuts, prompts, text transformations, and related workflow automations across applications.
In these Terms, “Promptshot,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Promptshot. “You” and “your” refer to the person or entity using the Services.
Eligibility

Your Account

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

AI Features and Output
The Services may use artificial intelligence models, third-party AI providers, or automated systems to process your input and generate output.
You are responsible for the text, prompts, files, commands, and other content you submit to the Services (“Input”). You are also responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any text, suggestions, transformations, summaries, translations, or other results generated by the Services (“Output”).
AI-generated Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your specific purpose. You should not rely on Output as professional, legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.
You are responsible for verifying Output before using it, publishing it, sending it, or relying on it.
We do not guarantee that the Services will produce accurate, error-free, unique, or legally compliant Output.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your Input and any content you submit to the Services.
By submitting Input to the Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, transmit, store, and use that Input only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your Input and that your Input does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
You should not submit sensitive, confidential, or highly personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the Services.
Ownership of the Services
The Services, including software, design, branding, interfaces, features, workflows, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, are owned by Promptshot or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing
Some parts of the Services may be provided for free, while others may require payment or a subscription.
If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees may be charged on a recurring basis depending on the plan you choose.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and may automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
We may change pricing, plans, or features from time to time. If required by applicable law, we will provide notice before changes take effect.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation will stop future billing, but you may continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or exceptions in specific cases, but we are not obligated to do so.

Output generated by the Services will be accurate, complete, reliable, or suitable for your intended use.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promptshot and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or other intangible losses.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid to us for the Services during the three months before the claim arose; or
USD $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Promptshot and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Services.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Your violation of any third-party rights.
Your Input or other content you submit to the Services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Promptshot is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If a specific governing jurisdiction is required, it may be stated here.
Dispute Resolution
Before bringing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be handled by the courts or other dispute resolution forum located in the jurisdiction where Promptshot is established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice by posting the updated Terms on the Site, updating the “Last updated” date, or taking other steps required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced in these Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Promptshot regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or by operation of law.
